Our part exchange service is a simple solution for those looking to buy or sell a home with minimum hassle, and without the worry and uncertainty of being in a chain. 

 

To offer you peace of mind, we obtain two valuations from local estate agents and ask them to provide similar sold comparable evidence to support their valuation.

 

We then make an offer and although it is below market value, we will always make the best offer possible.

 

If our offer is acceptable we instruct a surveyor to attend your property to ensure the condition matches that stated by the estate agents, and a solicitor from our recommended panel is instructed to act for you, and best of all we cover the cost!

 

If you have a particular purchase date in mind we will do our best to meet this, or tie it in with when your new home is ready.  Typically the process takes 4-6 weeks but can be much quicker if necessary.

 

While the legal paperwork is being dealt with, we do ask that an estate agent of our choice markets your property on our behalf, it has no impact on the agreement between A2B and yourself, and to show our appreciation, we offer you £250 in vouchers of your choice.

When completion day comes round, we’re happy to offer you a few days to move out, as there’ll be no one to move in on the same day!
